Unbelievable service today from Ian Stewart at Solid Start Property. Spoke to Ian last Wednesday as we weren’t sure if a 137b was required. Appointment organised for today at 12pm. Ian was on time and so efficient. He made the whole process simple and straightforward. He really knows his audience and makes everything easy to understand and on top of that he is genuinely a really nice guy and he very fairly priced. I had imagined wrongly the report may take possible weeks to complete, but how wrong I was. Have received the report just now. Incredible….,4 hours turnaround!! If I could give Ian 1000 stars I would! He was a life saver! I found out I needed a s137b owner builder report 36 hours before an auction. Ian managed to squeeze my house inspection in between his jobs! He understood the urgency and help do the inspection and provide a report within 8 hours!!
