Building Inspection Tips

Hi, I’m Ian,

Through SSPI and my web site I like to help keep my clients/potential clients informed in any l way I can regarding building inspections and building issues, and provide them with helpful tips to assist them with their home buying or selling.

I intend to update this space regularly with up to date information to help you better understand the industry and help you make the right decisions when looking for a building or property inspector.  Whether you are after a Owner Builder Defect Report, also known as 137B Report, a pre-purchase home inspection, a stage inspection, dilapidation report, any building inspection report you need.  Hopefully this little ‘blog’ can help.
